Delivery & Installation Policy

yourmailbox.store provides local delivery and professional installation within select areas of South Florida.

We do not ship products directly to customers.

How It Works

  1. Choose your style and place your order.

  2. We contact you to schedule the soonest possible install date, generally within 2`3 weeks.

  3. Our team of professionals completes the removal and disposal of the old mailbox and installation of the new one.

Installation Timeline

Installation scheduling depends on:

  • Product availability

  • Supplier lead times

  • Installer schedule

We communicate any updates throughout the process by the method of your choice.

Site Requirements

Customers must ensure:

  • Clear access to the installation site

  • No obstructions at the time of installation

  • HOA approval previously obtained (if required)

  • An adult of 18 years or older must be present during the entire installation cycle, generally around 3`4 hours depending on site accessibility.

Disclaimer

Weather conditions could potentially impact the installation, in which case the date would be updated at no additional cost.

If any of the site requirements mentioned above prevent installation, additional fees may apply.

Final Sale

All sales are final once the order is placed

Once installation is completed, the sale is final

If a product is defective before installation, it will be replaced at no cost.

We guarantee the integrity of our professional installations.  In the event that the stability of the new mailbox should be compromised, we offer a 5 year warranty, during which time we will correct any issues at no additional cost
