By purchasing from yourmailbox.store, you agree to the following terms.

1. Service Model

yourmailbox.store provides premium mailboxes supplied and professionally installed in select areas of South Florida.

Installation is required and included as part of the service.

2. Orders

All mailboxes are ordered specifically for each customer.

Because products are sourced or produced per order, all sales are final once the order is confirmed.

Orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded after confirmation.

3. Inspection & Defects

Each mailbox is inspected prior to installation.

If a product is found to be defective before installation, it will be replaced at no cost.

Once installation is completed, the sale is final.

4. Scheduling

Installation timing depends on product availability and installer scheduling.

We will contact customers by email and/or text to confirm installation details once availability is confirmed.

Customers are responsible for ensuring site accessibility at the scheduled installation time.

5. Service Area

Installation services are available only within designated South Florida service areas. Orders outside the service area may be declined.

6. Limitation of Liability

yourmailbox.store is not liable for:

  • HOA violations related to mailbox style selection

  • Underground utility conflicts not disclosed

  • Pre-existing property conditions

Customers are responsible for verifying HOA compliance before purchase.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
