Refund & Return Policy

All mailboxes are ordered specifically for each customer and professionally installed.

Because products are made-to-order or sourced per purchase, all sales are final once the order is placed.

Orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded after confirmation.

Each mailbox is inspected prior to installation. If a product is found to be defective before installation, it will be replaced at no cost.

Once installation is completed, the sale is final.
